The 2013 Padua Academy Track team has been training hard for this indoor season! With lifting weights once a week and doing daily workouts at the track, the winter track team is training hard. If they want to increase their gains, a product like testoprime would be highly beneficial for them.

After their 2012-2013 season last year as state champions, they are definitely wishing for the best. This win keeps them motivated to do just as well this year.

For indoor track, you can either be a runner or do shot put.  A previous state champion, Ashley M., takes part in shot put.  She earned the title of a state champion last year, and in order to do it again, Ashley says, “I am training a lot harder and a lot more than I did last year.  Just because I won last year and have the school record, I am going to do whatever it takes to be better than last year and set the records higher.”  Ashley, along with the rest of the Padua indoor track team, has stepped up her training this year to six days a week.

The track team travels to multiple places for its track meets.  Freshman Bailey A. says, “Our track meets are all over the place.  They vary depending on the meet. We have a couple in Lehigh, while there is one  in Kutztown. The meet schedule hasn’t been confirmed yet, and is still a work in progress so I don’t know where else we will be running this year.”  With traveling for meets, lifting weights, and training daily, the Padua Academy indoor track team looks like they have a bright future. The team is hoping for all of its hard work to pay off, and hoping to earn another state title.
