On Sunday December 11, 2011, the Padua Irish club went to the Grand Theatre to see Irish Christmas in America. The night was filled with good laughs, beautiful Irish music, and Irish step dancing. The show had a mixture of Irish songs in Gaelic and English. The Irish step dancer, who came out on stage periodically, brought an amazing part for the Irish experience. After each song, the performers described the up-coming song and even manged to make a few jokes in between the songs. There were six performers who were all from Ireland who have been touring here in America since November 20th. During the intermission and at the end of the performance, performers came out into the lobby to talk and sign CD’s for people who had come to the show. Ms. Sophrin, Ms. Muto, and Ms. Tamani joined students for the show.
