Tree Trim Assembly Photo Gallery

At the end of the Tree Trim Assembly, the tree looks beautiful and all the girls has lot of fun singing their favorite Christmas songs!

During flex on December 3, Padua Academy held their annual Christmas Tree Trim. The Christmas Tree Trim is a tradition at Padua when all of the homeroom representatives from the freshmen to the senior classes make an ornament. The ornament is assigned to them by the Student Council. All of the homeroom reps come up and hang it on the big Christmas tree in the cafeteria. Each class was recognized as something different. The freshmen class were a Santa hat, the sophomores were a sled, the juniors were a stocking, and the seniors were gingerbread women.

While ornaments were hung, Mrs. Haislip played piano and the Padua chorus sung Christmas carols. Some of the songs that were sung were “Silver Bells”, “Deck the Halls”, “Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer”, and the much loved “All I Want For Christmas Is You” which was the opening song. There was also a special performance by the Padua Academy Madrigals.
