Olivia R., a senior at Padua academy is a girl of many talents. During school, she is involved in activities such as Blue Gold, Madrigals, Music Ministry,  and Ministry Leadership. But as well as being an extraordinary student with many extracurricular activities, Olivia has discovered a passion of her own. Though she is only a senior in high school, Olivia has managed to write and release her own music and music videos. “My dad definitely triggered my interest in singing since I had constantly grown up with that musical environment; I was always in the studio watching him work with other people and I thought it was so amazing so those experiences definitely realize that I should embrace my talent and use it to my full ability”, says Olivia. When asked about her most memorable moment in her career Olivia says “I’d say the best moment was my debut of my first single on 93.7 WSTW. There was so much love and support surrounding the debut and it was an amazing experience to feel so encouraged by my peers, as well as the music community and strangers who had quickly become fans.

While Olivia’s music career has just started, she is not letting anything hinder her from being the best student. “My top choice is Mount Saint Mary’s University, but I am very undecided right now but I might study in business since it’s such a versatile major with endless possibilities”, says Olivia. Currently in her senior year at Padua Olivia says her favorite classes are Honors Philosophy and AP Literature. When asked about what she hopes to be someday, Olivia says “In an ideal world, I would be a very successful singer – Since my life is kind of unplannable right now, I’m honestly not quite sure and that’s okay, but whatever I do, I want to be successful within that field to the best of my ability.”
