Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas

Senior Annmarie Twum-Danso chose kid-favorite Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas as her favorite, saying, “I love this movie because it’s very heartwarming and it’s so cute. I watched it all the time as a child and it never gets old.”

Before anyone gets to their house on Christmas morning, Huey, Louie, and Dewey open their presents and take their new sleds from Uncle Donald out to play without reading the card first. Donald arrives and gets mad at the kids, lecturing them about manners. When the boys go to bed later, they wish that it could be Christmas everyday. Much to their surprise, their wish comes true, but they are soon to realize that they were wrong in their wishes. The boys finally read the card that was attached to the present from Donald and Daisy and immediately feel guilty for how they acted, realizing the true meaning of Christmas.
