On November 21, 2013, the lunch schedules were rearranged so that freshmen and seniors had lunch together. Since the  program’s last event, Beanies and Breakfast, the big sisters and their little sisters have gotten to know each other a lot better. This Thanksgiving event gave the girls a chance to have a relaxing lunch with their fellow Padua sisters. The cafeteria served Thanksgiving themed food that day so students could enjoy turkey, potatoes, and so much more with their Padua sisters a week before they enjoy it with their own family. Freshman, Adheena Chacko, said, “I really enjoyed being able to sit down and talk to my big sister.” The students were given extra time to finish their lunch and talk for a few minutes before they parted ways to go to their next class. This event was just another one of the many opportunities that are given to the seniors and freshmen to get to know each other. The students await with excitement for the Big Sister/Little Sister Christmas Gift Auction.
