Recently in Newtown, Connecticut, residents have voted to move forward with the plan to demolish Sandy Hook Elementary School, seeking to find out here reliable and professional demolition services. They plan to build a new school at the site of the old one. Dickinson Drive is where 26 people, including 20 children, were killed on December 14, 2012, when the 20-year-old gunman, Adam Lanza, opened fire inside the Sandy Hook Elementary School. This shooting was one of the worst school massacres in U.S. history.  Since the shooting, the school has remained closed. More than 88% of the 5,062 residents who cast ballots, on October 5, 2013, voted to accept a $50 million grant from the state for the rebuilding plan. The demolition is to begin later this month. The new school is expected to open in January 2016 at the same address, Dickinson Drive.

Erica Lafferty, daughter of Sandy Hook Elementary School Principal, says, “I will chain my body to it and to protest if they try to reopen it. It should be knocked down. There should be some type of long-lasting memorial. I don’t want people to walk into the building and say, ‘Oh well, that’s where Erica’s mom got gunned down.”’ In most schools, including Padua, security systems have increased as a result of incidents like those in Newtown.

Schools do not want to risk the safety of their staff and students, so they try to get more advanced security systems and take precautionary measures with the help of security international services.
