Once the middle of the summer hits, crowds of students along with their parents flock to their local office supply retailers, with eager attitudes to go out and get the best deals. For many, school supply shopping can either be a stressful reminder of the school year ahead, or it can be enjoyable time to stock up on stylish items.  Mackenzie Truitt (‘18)  said, “I shop two weeks before school starts and I prefer to shop at Staples and Walmart; Walmart is cheap and Staples has cute supplies.”

GreatSchools.Org sugguests, “Sort through last year’s supplies to see what is left over or can be reused.” Nevertheless, there are other options to save. It is smart idea, to clip some coupons and compare prices of different stores, before heading out to embark on a shopping trip, and don’t forget to have fun! Keep in mind, the great feeling you have after all your shopping is finished, and you are organized and prepared to take on  another year.
