On Friday, October 31st, Halloween was once again celebrated at Padua. Halloween is celebrated every year by the students and faculty, and has become a favorite tradition for many. On this day, the students and faculty are permitted to wear costumes to school, as well as participate in the school’s costume contest. The costume contest is an event judged by faculty members, which students from all grades can compete in to win the title of “Best Costume.” Carmen Escobar (‘18) says that many popular costumes were Minnie Mouse and Sallies boys. “The best part about Halloween was definitely seeing all the creative costumes,” she says.
