Midterm Preparation

The holidays are coming up, but before winter break comes around students have to take midterms. Students are expected to learn study methods to prepare for regular assessments, quizzes, and tests in their classes, but what makes midterms different? Midterms are formal tests that make up all of the information learned in classes by the end of the first semester. Depending on what the teacher gives out, the format of the test can be anything from a multiple-choice scantron to free-response questions.

English teacher Mr. Cross said “Target your study method to the test itself. If you know the test is going to be multiple choice, don’t work on your essay skills and vice versa.”

Teachers all throughout the school gave their advice and tips for students to study.
