John Green’s best seller The Fault in Our Stars has swept the nation this past year. Boys and girls of all ages have fallen in love with the novel. 20^th Century Fox has announced that it will take on the responsibility of bringing the novel to life. The film stars Shailene Woodley Ansel Elgort.

The book takes readers through the journey of two teenagers living with cancer. Bonded by their struggle, they begin a blockbuster love story and lean on each other through both the good times and the bad times that come with terminal illness.

John Green has been filming a video blog from the set of the movie, keeping his fans informed of the progress on set. Fans are queuing up for the expected release date of June 6^th. Padua senior Emily Evans says, “John Green is one of my favorite modern young adult authors and TFIOS was such a great book.  I’m excited to see the characters brought to life and hope it can do the book justice!”
