As this school year comes to a close, the stress levels seem to be increasing. With impending finals and the seniors thoughts of college, the students seem to be in a frenzy. Everyone has different levels of stress, but the key thing to realize is that stress can be controlled. Are you worrying about finals? What happened can’t be changed, and the future isn’t here yet so when the time comes to face your battles, you’ll be ready.
